Joint cutter AR-01 is intended for cutter joint in asphalt, concrete and other nonmetallic coverings at repair and construction of roads, at opening communication channels, at creation of temperature joint, at cutting cracks, and also for other kinds of works.

Characteristics:

For a cutting of perimeter of repair cards, edge scraps of a covering, a cutting of perimeter of sites of opening of a covering at repair and a lining of engineering communications are recommended to be applied joint cutter. Such small road-building technics as joint cutter AR-01 with the petrol engine provides an opportunity of cutting of constructional and technological joints of the demanded sizes in coverings from asphalt, asphalt-concrete, concrete, waterproofing and other materials. Application joint cutter provides essential increase of productivity, exception of formation and development of cracks in at edge a layer (in comparison with cutting down), reception of a plane of an edge on perimeter (raises adhesion of a repair material and the basic covering), decrease in noise level at work (in comparison with cutting down). Distinctive feature joint cutter is simplicity in use, a significant resource, the minimal need for maintenance service. The lateral arrangement of a disk enables to work in remote places, along walls, etc. On joint cutter reliable and economic petrol engines “Honda GX-200” are established. The complete set of joint cutter includes system of an irrigation of a cutting disk and a water tank. Uniform distribution of water on a cutting surface of a disk reduces its deterioration. The joint cutter is made in execution U1 GOST 15159-69 and intended for use in areas with a temperate climate on open air in a temperature interval from -30 C^о up to +40 С^о, and relative humidity of air up to 100 %.
